### 2.2 Educational Nature

The App is intended for educational and motivational purposes to support smoking/vaping cessation efforts. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

## 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

– You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
